This lovely jewellery set was commissioned by the Singapore Tourism Board as gifts for the Women's Tennis Association players for an international tournament held in Singapore. The brief was to create a jewellery set that is uniquely Singapore. Hence the Perankan theme. The tennis bracelet and necklace were made in silver with a little added flair; charms made from actual vintage Peranakan tiles upcycled from old heritage houses. The bespoke boxes were lovingly wrapped in Sarong Kerbaya, a feature any Peranakan grandmother would be proud of.
